Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same day cancellations are subject to render full payment amount of services booked. No call no shows are also responsible for full payment of services. Late charges are not accessed however, if you arrive late to your appointment you will get limited services and still be responsible for full payment of services booked. Children are NOT allowed in the salon unless they’re being serviced.
